DIGITAL UNIQUE ID
Each LŪRA bag has its own Unique Digital ID, accessible through a QR code assigned to the bag once it is produced. Inside the Digital ID, through our LŪRA App, you will be able to see the complete history of the bag including when and where it was made, and the origin and description of all the materials used to create it.

Our LŪRA signature packaging is included with every LURA product. Each bag comes in its own soft cotton dust bag placed inside a beautiful, minimal gift box. If you are sending a gift, we can also include a gift card with your personal message inside.

Unless otherwise specified, all Bespoke items are shipped approximately within 6 weeksof your order. Orders placed between July and August may require additional
production time due to summer closures in Italy
Ready Made orders will be shipped within several days of the order.
For orders outside the EU and US, duties and taxes are dependent on the shipping
address and will be billed directly to the client.
For Ready Made orders within the EU, LŪRA accepts the return of unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact customercare@luraworld.com.
Once the item has been received, a refund equal to the original purchase price will be
issued to the original form of payment. Orders outside the EU are not eligible for
returns at this time.
For Bespoke Bags, these items are made one piece at a time, specifically for its owner,
allowing us to uphold an ethical production process which avoids unnecessary wastageand stock. Once you have purchased your bag, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
