Unless otherwise specified, all Bespoke items are shipped approximately within 6 weeks of your order. Orders placed between July and August may require additional production time due to summer closures in Italy.

Ready Made orders will be shipped within several days of the order. Please note that shipping for Ready Made items will be paused between August 7–21 due to summer closures in Italy, and any orders placed during this period will be shipped after August 21. 

For orders outside the EU and US, duties and taxes are dependent on the shipping
address and will be billed directly to the client. 

For Ready Made orders within the EU, LŪRA accepts the return of unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact customercare@luraworld.com.

Once the item has been received, a refund equal to the original purchase price will be
issued to the original form of payment. Orders outside the EU are not eligible for
returns at this time.

For Bespoke Bags, these items are made one piece at a time, specifically for its owner,
allowing us to uphold an ethical production process which avoids unnecessary wastageand stock. Once you have purchased your bag, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
