• Protect from heat, humidity and direct light. Should your bag  become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
• Fill the bag with tissue paper to help maintain its shape and absorb humidity, and store in the provided cloth bag.
• Do not overload your bag with heavy objects in order to protect and maintain its shape.
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth.

Nubuck leather is among the most refined and coveted types of leather, prized for its luxurious texture and distinctive “writing effect” that creates elegant light-and-shadow variations. Its soft, velvety, and matte surface is achieved by gently buffing the outer layer of the hide. The result is a warm, natural look that feels like velvet to the touch—yet it is undeniably leather. Unlike suede, with which it is often mistaken, nubuck is more robust and durable despite its delicate appearance. While suede is crafted from the inner side of the hide, nubuck is made from the outer grain, the most valuable and resistant part of the leather. Due to its high cost and the skilled craftsmanship required for its production, nubuck is closely associated with high-end artisanal work and the excellence of Made in Italy. Its porous nature, however, demands attentive care: it should be treated with protective sprays, cleaned with soft brushes or special erasers, and kept away from water and oils.

Each LŪRA bag has its own Unique Digital ID, accessible through a QR code assigned to the bag once it is produced. Inside the Digital ID, through our LŪRA App, you will be able to see the complete history of the bag including when and where it was made, and the origin and description of all the materials used to create it. 

Each LŪRA bag is made one piece at a time, specifically for its owner, allowing us to uphold an ethical production process which avoids unnecessary wastage and stock. Once you have purchased your bag, we will take approximately 6 weeks to produce your bag, made to order specially for you. 

For Returns and Exchange: LŪRA bags are made and personalized for its owner and therefore, after purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Each LŪRA bag comes in its own soft cotton dust bag placed inside a beautiful, minimal gift box which can be used to store your LŪRA bag at home.
